The most visible leader at Church of the Advent is the Rector, who leads the congregation in worship, guides us spiritually, and serves our pastoral needs.  The Rector is supported by the Parish Administrator, Parish Secretary and Minister of Music.

The Episcopal Church is democratic in its leadership style, with an elected Vestry as its decision-making body.  Our parish organizations are led by volunteer members of the congregation.
